Terms and Conditions

These terms govern membership in Tizzal, operated by Silent Heroes Consulting FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the app you agree to them.

1. Who can be a member

Tizzal is a private network for men aged 18 and over. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred, shared or sold. One person, one account, one member number, under his real name.

2. How you get in

Either a member invites you with a code, or you apply and a member reads your application. Neither route entitles you to membership. We may decline an application without giving reasons.

A member who invites you vouches for you. If the people he brings in cause trouble, he loses his right to invite.

3. Your member number

Your number is assigned once, when your membership begins. It is never reassigned, not after cancellation and not after deletion. It records how early you joined and nothing else.

4. What it costs

The price depends on your member number. The first thousand members pay nothing; each further thousand pays fifty dollars per year more than the thousand before.

Your price is fixed on the day you join and does not rise while your membership runs without interruption. If your membership lapses and you rejoin later, the price applicable at that time applies.

5. Payment and renewal

Paid memberships are auto-renewable subscriptions handled by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Renewal happens automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings, not with us. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.

6. What we expect

• Use your real name and your own identity.
• No advertising, no solicitation, no chain letters, no recruiting for other services.
• No content that is illegal, hateful, degrading or violent.
• No content generated to look like something you did or saw when you did not.
• What is said inside stays inside. No screenshots, no forwarding.

7. Moderation

We may remove content, suspend the right to invite, suspend an account or end a membership when these terms are broken. In serious cases we do so without warning. Where a membership is ended for cause, no refund is owed.

8. Your content

What you post remains yours. You grant us the right to store, display and deliver it inside Tizzal for as long as you keep it there, including transcription and translation so other members can read it. This right ends when you delete the content or your account.

9. Ending it

You may delete your account at any time in the app. Access remains until the end of the period you paid for. We may end a membership at the end of the period you have paid for, or immediately for cause.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep Tizzal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. You will be told in the app before a change takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may end your membership.

12. Governing law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction. Your mandatory rights under UAE consumer protection law remain unaffected.
