Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Tizzal app and membership in Tizzal, operated by Silent Heroes Consulting FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By signing in to the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can be a member

Tizzal is a private network for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial men, and it is for men only. You must be at least 18. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred, shared or sold. One person, one account, one member number, under his real name.

2. How you get in

Either a member invites you with a code, or you apply and we review your application. Applications are reviewed by a person; an AI model may give a first rating, but it does not decide. Neither route entitles you to membership. We may decline an application without giving reasons. We accept new members in groups, at times we choose.

A member who invites you vouches for you, and the invitation chain is visible to members. If the people he brings in cause trouble, he loses his right to invite. Each member receives new invitation codes from time to time; a code is valid for a limited period and can be used once.

3. Adam, the profile assistant

Adam is an AI assistant, not a person. He builds your profile from a conversation with you, and you confirm what goes into it. His suggestions can be wrong or incomplete; you are responsible for what your confirmed profile says about you. How your conversation is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your member number

Your number is assigned once, when your membership begins. It is never reassigned, not after cancellation and not after deletion. It records how early you joined and fixes your price.

5. What it costs

The price depends on your member number. The first thousand members pay nothing, for life. Each further thousand pays fifty US dollars per year more than the thousand before, plus applicable tax.

Your price is fixed on the day you join and does not rise while your membership runs. If your paid membership lapses and you return within 60 days, you keep your price, as Apple applies it; after that, the price applicable at that time applies.

6. Payment and renewal

Paid memberships are auto-renewable annual subscriptions handled by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Renewal happens automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, not with us. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where it conflicts with these terms, these terms apply as far as Apple permits. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Tizzal.

7. What we expect

• Use your real name and your own identity.
• No advertising, no solicitation, no chain letters, no recruiting for other services, and no job seeking: Tizzal connects entrepreneurs, not employers and job seekers.
• No content that is illegal, hateful, degrading or violent.
• No content generated to look like something you did or saw when you did not.
• What is said inside stays inside. No screenshots, no recordings, no forwarding.
• There are no direct messages. What you post can be seen and answered by all members.

8. Events

Members create events themselves. When you say you will attend, other members see it, and saying yes is a promise. Tizzal does not organise events created by members and is not responsible for them; each host is responsible for his event, and you attend at your own risk. Your member card in Apple Wallet lets a host check you in at the door.

9. Moderation

Members can report content and block other members. We may remove content, suspend the right to invite, suspend an account or end a membership when these terms are broken. In serious cases we do so without warning. Where a membership is ended for cause, no refund is owed.

10. Your content

What you post remains yours. You grant us the right to store, process, display and deliver it inside Tizzal for as long as you keep it there, including transcription of voice messages and translation by AI models so that every member can read it. This right ends when you delete the content or your account. After deletion, a post or comment keeps its place in conversations of other members without its text and media, shown as "Former Member".

11. Ending it

You may delete your account at any time in the app. If you have paid time left, access remains until the end of it and the account is deleted then; there is no refund from us. Without paid time, or if you ask for it, the account is deleted right away. Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account settings. We may end a membership at the end of the period you have paid for, or immediately for cause.

12. Availability and liability

We work to keep Tizzal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features can change. We are not responsible for what members say or do, inside or outside the app. Our liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change matters for you, you will be told in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may end your membership.

14. Governing law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction. Your mandatory rights under UAE consumer protection law remain unaffected.
